The objects for which the Company is established are:
To advance the education of the public, particularly (but not exclusively) in relation to the life, works, values, principles, and policies of Kwame Nkrumah, including his contributions to African liberation, unity, identity, and the economic and social reconstruction of Africa.
To advance the education of the public in Pan-African studies and history, including the study of African and Diaspora contributions to history, economics, science, literature, culture, and politics.
To advance the education of the public in the promotion of African renaissance, African unity, and the historical and cultural heritage of Africa and its peoples worldwide.
