The Consciencism Study Group (CSG) is an initiative of the Kwame Nkrumah Trust (KNT), which owns and administers the name Consciencism Study Group. The group was first established when a number of Pan-Africanists began meeting every Thursday at the West Indian Ex-Service Men and Women Association, long before the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, after which meetings transitioned online.
Some of the leading members included Christian Kwami Agbodza, Omowale Rupert, Barry, Michael, among others. The group continues to meet online every Thursday to discuss philosophy and ideology, particularly the philosophy of Consciencism and broader Pan-African thought.
In addition, members meet every Saturday to discuss the unification of Africa and the positive and negative forces that either hinder or advance the continent’s liberation, unity, and development.
The Consciencism Study Group also operates a YouTube platform through which discussions, lectures, and educational content are shared with a wider audience.
